Changing the icon of a case

Use a unique icon for each type of case in your application to help users identify cases more quickly.

1. In the Explorer panel of Dev Studio, click Case types, and then click the case type that you want to open.
2. On the Settings tab, click General.
3. Click Change icon.
4. Select a thumbnail from the list, and then click OK.
5. Click Save.

The icon that you provide overrides the image that another user may have set on the Application form.
